1xxx aluminium mirror sheet can be applied as raw materials for interior decoration, exterior wall cladding, advertising boards, housings for domestic appliances, kitchen utensils, automobile ornaments, labels and all kinds of metal boxes. Usually including alloys of 1050, 1070 and 1085, 1000 series of aluminum mirror sheet contains as much as 99% aluminum element. It’s the purest one among all aluminum alloys. Because of singular metal content, it can be obtained by relatively simpler manufacturing process and less cost, used widely in industrial production.

The reflectivity of 1xxx aluminium mirror sheet ranks between 75 and 85%, just like a live glass mirror. Normal aluminum sheets do not have such excellent performance in reflective effect. They are usually dull and like to get “rusty”–a kind of black material produced by reaction between aluminum and oxygen in the air. Common sheets go through not a few manufacturing processes before becoming bright mirrors. They are treated by rolling mill machinery and then polished.

Top quality aluminum mirror sheets will have no marks on the surface even if you press you sweaty hands on them. You can swipe off moisture marks effortlessly with a piece of dry paper or cloth. Their anodized film gives a slight clear noise when being bent harshly.
